Expansion work at the FSOL?
Earlier today, as I drove past the side road which leads to the Fishburn Shed Of Light, I noticed there was a builder's sign by the side of the road. The sign said "S Elliott - Builder".
!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?
What could this be? Perhaps it's nothing to do with the FSOL but my imagination was running riot by the time I got to the cross-roads. Could it be the same Shaun Elliott, our hard-tackling former player, who had taken up a career in the building trade and is renovating/extending the FSOL in preparation for our triumphant return to the Premiership???
What a mystery - I wonder if Huyton can enlighten us? After all he is the only blogger to have actually visited the legendary FSOL so perhaps he has some 'inside information' !?

The builder will be Stephen Elliott from Trimdon brother of George Elliott of Elliotts taxi fame. Stephen and George are both life long SAFC die-hards. Sunderland till we die!
Aye Billy. South Stand being extended to stop the eroneous flood light from Winterton spoiling the view.
