Went down to Sheffield with Mr Chairman Woodward and his two boys. Met up with Miller, Chris and the gang who had come down in a limited sports edition Post Office sherpa van. Clive D and the Sedgefield branch were also in the Howard Arms so it was just like old times again; even the beautiful Christine was laughing at some of my antics and even said that I had to keep her a seat on the Liverpool coach!!!
Mr Chairman left early to grab some fish and chips - the sandwiches on the way down must not have filled his tum tum. This turned out to be the highlight of the day as the fish and chips he said were fantastic.
The match again was a non event. Words cannot describe what we saw ... inept, horrendous, crap, shite, fucking rubbish, laughable, complete set of wankers, waste of space you guess my drift.
It's worrying that we haven't scored for over 100 + minutes now, okay some fans were saying that they were not bothered as these games don't have any bearing on the real games and we will be okay on the day. However having witnessed two very poor performances now I am starting to look for my pray mat I bought in Istanbul!
We need to strengthen the team further with quality before the start of the season before we get in the mire and can't get out.

Bring on the big boys ???? We couldn't even put up a show against the little uns!
