6,500 Mag Fans at Craven Cottage...?

I picked this posting up from RTG this morning. Click on title for link

"According to both Match of the Day and football first. Surely that can't be right, why would Fulham give them the entire end when they havent done for other large clubs this season?Maybe they've been elaborating with the truth again."

"Looked more like 65,000 to me, with the same waiting for return tickets..."

"The figure is exaggerated because Fulham use the controversial "shit tache, mullet and beer belly" formula for estimating crowds. The number of bad taches, mullets and beer bellies are measured then multiplied by a national average - hence the gross over estimate in the numbers of our stylish friends from up the road. See pic for good example of your average Mag supporter. When calculating the season ticket waiting list they use the equally controversial "Mag IQ factor", on top of the "shit tache and beer belly" formula. The "Mag IQ factor" is where the average national IQ is divided by the average Mag supporter IQ. The resultant number is >> 1 and is used to boost the waiting list numbers and hence borrow more money from the banks to fund the board of director's dividend payments."

Haway the Lads, bring on the Chels!

I heard that too on MOTD last night (yes I stopped in!) and there is no way that stand holds 6,500 people!

It is more like a temporary grandstand they use at the golf tournaments - 4000 capacity tops!

The most wierdest of stands too -once through the turnstyle you see one sign pointing towards "away" fans and another for "neutral"
