Ferryhill Town Youth U13's sponsored by Hydralectric

Ferryhill 6 Brotton 1

Ferryhill Town Youth under 13's sponsored by Hydralectric played their first game of the new season at home to Brotton.
This game saw last years two promoted team's playing against each other. Ferryhill started this one on the attack. In the first ten minutes the Brotton defence and goalkeeper were under a lot of pressure from Ferryhill's midfield and forwards. New signing Clark River's opened the scoring in the 12th minute and constant pressure from Ferryhill paid off in the 15th minute when Vinny Gash opened his account to the new season. Ferryhill playing very good football attacking down both wings broke Brotton's defence again in the 25th minute with Gash scoring his second. Ferryhill continued to keep Brotton under pressure till half time. The second half was similar to the first Ferryhill going on the attack from the off and skipper Woolley scored after 8 minute's. Ferryhill made some change's to the team and kept up the momentum with sub Lumsden-Parnaby made it 5-0 on 17th minute. Brotton scored a consolation in the 28th minute in a rare excursion into the Ferryhill box. Ferryhill skipper Reece Woolley finished the game off in the last minute with his second of the match. A very good all round performance from all the player's in a very well played game Well done to all the player's from Ferryhill's manager and supporter's. Man of the match went to Jarrett River's on his debut.
