The Dark Side
No doubt I will be castigated by Jim for posting about the dark side but 'll try not to make reference to them by name.
Now isn't it interesting that talk of take overs is on the cards and the subsequent increase in the share price. The pitman from Ashington has seen his stake rise by about £11m or 15.8% in total by yesterday and no doubt the pitlad's lad will be a beneficiary too.
Is there any substance to it? Talk of Malyasian business men and casino's would fit in well with the ethos that has developed on the other side of the force.
To hear talk of the return of the King KK conjours up images of dummies being spit out and all talk of winning this thatand t'other. The servants of the empire that is evil speak of sucess but i can't recall him winning anything and there is no prizes for second best.

More Mag hype methinks (bit Shakespearan that, if I say so myself).
Been a lot of stuff in the papers today from SBR's autobiography. Sir Bobby says that he never knew any details of players contracts, they were all kept 'upstairs', also that a number of transfer deals were done behind his back. Although he managed the Mags I personally like Bobby Robson and think he's a genuine bloke. A lot of what he has to say about 'the dark side' and the shenanigans at SJP reflect very badly on the Mags and collaborate what we've thought all along - the whole set-up at SJP stinks!
No probs Huyton about a posting on them up the road.... after all I have been to see the tall ships tonight and parked as I always do when up there in the SJP car park next to the away end. Cheapest place to park in Scumland. I amy even scan and post my car park ticket as proof!
We were at the Tall ships yesterday. Noticeable lack of barcode shirts on display. Are the unwashed starting to lose faith I wonder?
