A draw will do tonight at Wigan

It would be great if we could register our 8th win in a row at Wigan but it's equally as important that we don't get beat. I still think Wigan are the least likely of the automatic promotion contenders to get promoted so if we denied them 3 points tonight and came away with a draw we'd be 5 points ahead of them with 5 games left to play. Somehow at the stage of the season the chasing clubs often struggle to catch up and end up playing a few draws so thats what I'm hoping will happen with Wigan & Ipswich. If we were to win then we'd be very well placed and it would be criminal if we didn't follow through with automatic promotion. Not expecting Rotherham to do anything for us at Ipswich, but you never know.
Anyway, time to get my bait packed up and off to Coxhoe club for a couple of pints with the Billy's before catching the bus at 3pm for Wigan. I hope to see some postings from the 'stay-at-homes' when I next log in - if we win that may be at 1:30am tomorrow morning when we get back.

P.S. The quality and quantity of any early morning posts will be in direct proportion to the amount of sleep on the journey home. What do you reckon Jimmy? Will it be 'War and Peace' or 'Short stories'?
