What is the point of broadcasting who you are going to sign, raise the expectations of fans and then find yourself having to eat your words?
We've heard about magic carpet rides, big name managers and premier class players. What have we got? Full backs from West Ham who we couldn't sign a year ago, B class Barcelona players and midfield players from Le Havre, who've spent the last year on loan at the French equivalent of Blyth Spartans.

Tell you what George that's not as daft as it sounds.
Harry was always good at getting the best out of shite. He spent a lifetime working in the sewerage so he should know shit when he sees it and what to do with it.
