Tom Allinson

I was sad to read this morning of the death of Tom Allinson, good Sunderland supporter and former branch member of Coxhoe SAFCSA.

Tom travelled with the branch to all home matches during our climb to the Premiership in 1999 and subsequent seasons when we reached our zenith in the premiership. A season ticket holder Tom travelled with his son Matthew. He was real gentleman, a nice man, and I am truly saddened to hear of his death at the relatively young age of 57 years.
