WHFC part 2
Tomorrows Northern echo will see a column about Winterton Hospital Football team and such is the quality of the material that it will also feature on Friday.
A two parter.
Here for you Mel is a test. How many can you identify on this photo. Most of them will have been around when we started our careers in the Health Service, though none of them are around today and a canny few of them have gone to the great footy field in the sky.

Patients or staff? Some right nutters!
Hope those stripes were red and white!
Plenty of mentions for Winterton and Huyton in todays Echo. Not only the Winterton historian but now recognised as the offical Winterton football historian.
What a place Winterton must have been in it's heyday though! Care in the community - not as good as your own community, like Winterton was.
I also read it Billy and it was a good write up - even Huyton sounded good - probably in for a Northern Echo sportsman award next year. Anyway I did think Winerton was home to nutters - no real mention of this.
