SAFC Off To A Winning Start
Lads off to winning start
BC All Stars 0 - 1 Sunderland
The lads got their tour off to a winning start, beating the British Columbia All Stars Team by a single goal yesterday.
The team was almost completely changed at half-time with all of the following players getting a run-out:
DavisAlnwick/Wright/NosworthyNCollins/Caldwell/Lawrence/Arca/Robinson/Whitehead/Piper/
Elliott/Stead/Woods/Welsh/Brown/Murphy/with young Ben Christensen also making a 2nd half appearance.
The single goal came from one of our newcomers - Martin Woods who recently signed from Leeds

Presumably this will turn up in one of your quiz's in the near future Jim (i.e. what was the attendance at the BCAS game, and for a bonus point - name them!) so we'd better take notice lads!
