SAFC prepare for game against the Mags

Extract from Arca's diary in Canada reveals the following:-

"Sunderland are training at Trinity Western University during the first week of their pre-season tour.
And after completing the second of two tough training work-outs today they watched the Trinity university side take on UBC (university of British Columbia)

Sunderland had two sessions - including 40 minutes of boxing training - as they prepare for their first game."

Or was it a case of preparing for the Tyne - Wear derby games this season???
