ANNUAL BRANCH MEETING

Dear Members,

There will be a branch meeting on Thursday 5th July 2007 starting 7.30 pm at Coxhoe Club.
Agenda for the meeting will be: -

1) Election of Chairman / Secretary / Treasurer
2) Election of Committee Members
3) Account Balances
4) Membership Fees
5) Coach Operator for 2007 / 2008 season
6) Coach Fare Pricing for 2007 / 2006
7) Coach Pick-up Points and timing of Pick-ups
8) Away Travel with Sedgefield Branch
9) Fund Raising for Branch
10) Any other business

I would like as many members as possible to attend this meeting, so if you want to have a say in the way the Branch is run next season please attend.
